Terms of Service

By accessing or using the oxyy API platform ("Service"), operated by oxyy ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

oxyy provides a unified API gateway that allows users to access multiple third-party AI models (including but not limited to OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Meta, and others) through a single API key and billing system. We act as an intermediary between you and third-party AI model providers.

To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys and account credentials. You are responsible for all activities under your account.

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Generate content that violates any applicable laws or regulations
• Produce illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or obscene content
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Resell or redistribute API access without authorization
• Exceed rate limits or abuse the system resources

The Service operates on a credit-based, pay-as-you-go billing model. Credits are consumed based on your API usage. Pricing for each model is displayed on our pricing page and may change with notice. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy.

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may suspend access for maintenance, updates, or in case of abuse. Third-party provider outages are beyond our control, though we employ auto-fallback mechanisms to minimize disruption.

We do not log, store, or train on your API prompts or responses. Your data is transmitted directly to the respective AI provider and back. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.

You retain ownership of content you generate through the Service, subject to the terms of the underlying AI model providers. The oxyy brand, website, and platform are our intellectual property.

oxyy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, abuse, or non-payment. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or platform notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

The governing law and dispute-resolution venue for these Terms have not yet been published. Until they are, no choice-of-law or arbitration term is asserted here, and your statutory rights under your own local law are unaffected.
